The Standard at Raleigh

The proposed development is located on approximately 3.7 acres on the south side of Hillsborough Street between Rosemary Street and Concord Street in Raleigh. There are seven parcels that comprise the assemblage with existing operational uses located on the majority of them. The site is in close proximity to NC State University. The proposed development is to include a multi-story residential building wrapping a structured parking facility with associated infrastructure. The site is currently split-zoned. A rezoning will not be required in order to accommodate the development program.
