UNC Chapel Hill, Finley Fields North

UNC Chapel Hill hired McAdams and our sub-consultants to renovate an existing athletic field complex into a new track and field facility. The University sought to expand their facilities at this location to provide two new synthetic turf fields for soccer and lacrosse, a NCAA competition track facility, buildings for team gatherings and equipment storage and a new parking area with bus drop-off. McAdams provided due diligence, civil engineering, stormwater, floodplain modeling, surveying, landscape architecture, project permitting and construction administration services for this project.
