Weaver Crossing is a commercial development in Chapel Hill, NC that contains a 25,738-square foot UNC Health Care Medical Office and a 14,981-square foot Walgreens. The development made use of innovative design methods to utilize a constrained site, including an underground stormwater management system. In addition to the on-site development, the project included improvements to Weaver Dairy Road, Martin Luther King Boulevard and Sparrow Street.
