UNC Wilmington, Aramark’s The Hub

The Hub is a 10,000-square foot, two-story building located between Galloway and Graham-Hewlett residence halls, and is designed to be a modern, smart space offering plentiful dining options as well as a dedicated meeting, lounge and study area, particularly for freshmen. The Hub is home to three dining establishments: MOOYAH Burgers, Fries and Shakes, Starbucks Coffee and a P.O.D. Market (Provisions on Demand) for grab-and-go options. The top floor serves as a quiet study space and offers additional seating for dining patrons. The facility also has a lawn space, where herbs and vegetables can be grown on-site. When surveyed, freshmen favored a new dining hall closer to the bulk of campus residence halls and apartments. McAdams provided surveying, civil engineering and permitting services for this project.
