AVID / McAdams provided comprehensive professional engineering services for the transformation of a 16.24-acre vacant parcel in Wesley Chapel, Pasco County, Florida. The project delivered approximately 250 residential units across three four-story apartment buildings, complemented by a one-story clubhouse and both surface and covered parking.

AVID / McAdams managed every phase of the project, including schematic design, governmental authorities review, design development, construction documents, bidding and approval, construction administration, and project close-out. The team prepared coordinated construction documents, facilitated permitting and governmental approvals, conducted value engineering analyses, reviewed shop drawings, and performed site visits to monitor progress and quality.
