Trailwood

Trailwood is an innovative conservation type single-family residential development in the Town of Flower Mound, Denton County, Texas. In Phase I of the project, each of the 157 residential lots bordered a designed open space with natural and man-made trails throughout, and over 30% of the area preserved as native habitat. Having 40 feet of vertical elevation difference created an opportunity to use the existing contours of the land as natural breaks between blocks resulting in a unique and organic layout.
