Ladera, Highland Village

Ladera is a gated, active-adult community featuring individual homes in a low-maintenance setting, whereby clubhouse amenities and yard maintenance is included with each residence. Activities such as tennis courts, swimming pools, walking trails, fitness centers, cooking classes, dominoes and poker nights are featured in Ladera communities. As a part of our services, McAdams prepared a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) / Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) to define a maintenance-free channel in order to contain the frequent shallow flooding areas and designed the lot layout and amenities to function integrally with the man-made and natural features of the site, keeping special places in mind for the residents and their guests to experience the intentionally designed setting.
