Courtyards at Holly Grove
McAdams is providing civil engineering services for Courtyards at Holly Grove, a 107-lot residential community located in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The project will include a mix of 32 townhomes and 75 single-family detached homes once complete. As an age-restricted community, at least 80% of the homes will be designated for residents aged 55 and older, supporting a lifestyle focused on comfort, accessibility, and connection.
To support the community’s long-term success, McAdams is leading the design and coordination of critical infrastructure improvements, including the realignment of Capeside Avenue, widening of Avent Ferry Road, and the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Avent Ferry Road and Capeside Avenue. A multi-use path extension is also being incorporated to enhance pedestrian connectivity along Avent Ferry Road.
