Madison Industrial Park East

Madison Industrial Park East is a 17.96 acre industrial development located at the northeast corner of Madison Avenue (State Road 676-A) and Joanne Kearney Boulevard in the Palm River area of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Professional services for the project included site design and permitting for on-site improvements, stormwater management, and water and sewer infrastructure to support four (4) proposed industrial buildings. The development program accommodates a total building area of approximately 270,000 square feet.

Special consideration was given to maximizing the property’s usable entitlements while ensuring efficient site functionality. Particular attention was paid to internal circulation and vehicle turning movements—critical design elements for modern industrial facilities. A comprehensive traffic impact analysis was also performed and evaluated to secure traffic concurrency approvals for the project.

The project is fully built today, along with other buildings within the overall industrial park. Preliminary planning and early-phases services were provided by McAdams in support of the broader development.
