SRQ Commerce Park

McAdams has substantial experience in the master planning and design of multi-phase commercial and industrial subdivisions such as this 27-acre industrial commerce park that was planned, designed, and permitted at the southeast corner of US Highway 301 and Tallevast Road in Manatee County. This industrial flex space project required master planning, design, permitting, and construction administration (construction observation and as-built certifications) for the development’s master infrastructure, including mass grading pad ready sites with utilities, internal spine road, and master stormwater facilities to support build out of the industrial park. Buildings were then constructed over several years utilizing the pad ready sites.
