Riverwalk Industrial Warehouse

Beacon Partners developed this 277,000‑square foot speculative industrial / warehouse building in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Located within the industrial park section of the Riverwalk Development, the project was served by a regional stormwater management facility that required coordination with the master developer and adjacent property owners to regrade existing stormwater channel conveyances. The project was planned for a minimal amount of office space but was designed to allow for a significant parking expansion to allow for a variety of users. In addition to dock‑high doors, a drive‑in ramp was provided to allow for vehicles to drive into and out of the building. Trailer storage was maximized in the truck court as well to allow for large warehouse types of tenants.
