Sunbelt Headquarters
This project involved the development of a 22‑acre site in Grapevine, Texas. The development was designed to serve as a new regional headquarters and operational hub for the client’s various service lines. These service lines required four separate buildings dedicated to the repair and maintenance of rental equipment.
As part of the project, approximately 1,200 linear feet of East Wall Street were reconstructed. Before construction, East Wall Street was a narrow asphalt roadway; the completed improvements resulted in a four‑lane roadway built to City of Grapevine standards.
The site was bisected by an existing creek, requiring careful hydrologic and hydraulic analysis. HECRAS was used to model the increase in impervious area and to confirm that the project would not create adverse downstream impacts.
