Millennium Place Apartments

Millennium Place apartments was the first site to be constructed within the 24-acre Millennium development. The apartments were installed at the terminus of the primary spine road that serves as the connecting artery for the entire development.

The apartments feature a rooftop lounge, indoor / outdoor bar and intimate outdoor gathering spaces. Each multi-family building provides a unique outdoor experience in the courtyards and pool areas. One courtyard design showcases a resort-style pool featuring tanning ledges, lap pool areas, integrated water features and spa. The pool is accompanied by surrounding lounge areas, including a shade arbor, outdoor kitchen and lush vegetative landscape. The other courtyard space involves multiple outdoor lounge spaces for both passive and active recreation experiences. These areas include game pits, activity lawn, outdoor fire pit, shade arbor, outdoor kitchen and food truck yard. Each courtyard is designed with an enhanced outdoor lighting package to let the fun and socializing continue past sunset.

The residents have direct access to the walking trail around the adjacent pond. The pond has been enhanced with seating areas, waterfalls and lush landscape. Residents have pedestrian access to future restaurants and retail locations within the Millennium development.
