STADLER America Headquarters

McAdams partnered with STADLER America to provide civil engineering, landscape architecture, and permitting services for the ground-up development of their American headquarters in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This 22,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility was designed to meet operational needs while overcoming significant site constraints that required creative design and engineering solutions.

Our team collaborated closely with the design and construction team to ensure functionality and efficiency while integrating a bioretention area for sustainable stormwater management. This project highlights McAdams’ ability to overcome complex site challenges and deliver innovative results for industrial and commercial developments.
