Town of Garner, Various Stormwater Projects

McAdams is serving the Town of Garner for the analysis, design and construction phase services for stormwater improvements at four different locations across the Town. In early 2017, the Town had a stormwater infrastructure assessment prepared which identified priority locations across town in need of rehabilitation, repairs and/or replacement. This project includes the detailed analysis, design and preparation of construction documents for the three highest priority areas, including stormwater system improvements located at Junction Boulevard, Woodridge Subdivision (including Forest Ridge Road, Beichler Road, Foxwood Drive and Buck Branch Drive) and Staunton Meadows Subdivision (including Tarpley Way, Chapwith Road, Eagle Tavern Drive and Nicholson Road). In addition, McAdams is providing an assessment and design for stormwater improvements near the intersection of Meadowbrook Drive and Cason Street, including examining this area for the opportunity of a stormwater retrofit through the use of green infrastructure techniques.

McAdams will conduct data information and assessment, field surveys, preliminary design and analysis, final design documents and contract administration and observation services for final repairs.
