He joined McAdams in 2026 through the integration of Sports Design Group and has built a distinguished career delivering innovative athletic and recreational facilities for professional, collegiate, high school and municipal clients. With specialized expertise in natural and synthetic turf systems, Richard has led the planning and design of football, soccer, baseball, track and field, tennis and rugby venues across the country. His work focuses on creating high-performing facilities that balance functionality, safety and long-term value. Throughout his career, Richard has partnered with professional sports organizations, major universities, school districts and municipalities to bring complex athletic projects to life.
