Croom Park is a planned 32-acre park and recreation destination in Knightdale, North Carolina, designed to meet the needs of one of the region’s fastest-growing communities. Located along Marks Creek Road, the project establishes a long-term vision for active recreation, community gathering and outdoor connectivity through a mix of athletic facilities, trails, open space and future community amenities. Developed through extensive planning and community engagement, the master plan provides a flexible framework for phased implementation while preserving the site’s natural character and supporting future growth.
