Integrated Civil Engineering + Infrastructure Design
McAdams was originally selected in 1997 to provide comprehensive civil engineering and planning services for the campus, including existing infrastructure analysis, traffic impact studies, civil and site design, surveying, landscape architecture, and site irrigation design. The initial phase of development included a 200,000‑square‑foot main academic building, with infrastructure and site systems designed to accommodate up to 75,000 square feet of future expansion. Faculty, visitor, and student parking areas were carefully integrated to support daily operations and campus circulation.
Through decades of phased development, McAdams’ long‑term involvement helped ensure that infrastructure, site design, and campus systems evolved seamlessly alongside the school’s growth
