At the heart of the site is upper Silas Creek, a key organizing element that will be fully restored to serve as both an ecological asset and a scenic focal point, complete with waterfalls to create a beautiful naturescape. Multipurpose pathways and active transportation corridors will link the development directly to Wake Forest University’s central campus and unify the various uses across the site. McAdams is providing a comprehensive suite of services for this project, including stream restoration, trail and active transportation design, placemaking, landscape architecture, and three-dimensional visualization to bring this bold vision to life.
