Williams Ranch
McAdams provided land development services for Williams Ranch, a 20-acre residential community, located in Copper Canyon, Texas. The development transformed the site into 33 single-family lots with modern infrastructure and eye-catching design features. Our scope of work included the design and installation of water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems, ensuring reliable utility service for future homeowners.
A duplex lift station was engineered to efficiently manage wastewater flows at 50 gallons per minute (gpm) with a total dynamic head of 70 feet, delivering long-term performance and capacity for the neighborhood. To address stormwater management, McAdams designed and constructed a stormwater detention facility to mitigate increased runoff and protect downstream water quality.

At the community’s entrance, we designed an amenity pond adjacent to the custom entry monument, creating a welcoming sense of place. Our landscape architecture team also developed a comprehensive entrance landscape plan, blending natural beauty with functional design to enhance curb appeal and community identity.
